The areas are Jalingo, the state capital, as well as Yorro and Zing local government councils.

The rerun elections will hold in Jalingo, Yorro and Zing local government councils.

“In line with directives from the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Ogbetokun, the Command announces a total restriction of movement for both individuals and vehicles across the mentioned LGAs on Election Day.

“The aim is to ensure public order management, the safety of voters, and to support security agencies in maintaining a peaceful electoral process,” the statement read.
