West Ham are waiting for Arsenal’s lawyers to approve the final wording of the contract for Declan Rice’s move, according to Sky Sports.
Once that is done, the Hammers will sign off the transfer and Rice will complete his move to North London.
The Gunners hope to finalize the signing of the England midfielder, before the sqaud jet out to the USA for a pre-season tour on Sunday.
The deal will cost Arsenal a club-record £105million fee – an initial payment of £100m with £5m in add-ons.
It will also eclipse their previous record buy, which is the £72m they paid Lille for Nicolas Pepe in 2019.
