Tinubu orders ministers to account for their stewardship to Nigerians

President Bola Tinubu has directed all ministers in his administration to immediately provide an account of their activities and achievements to the Nigerian public.

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, announced the directive at a press conference in Abuja on Tuesday.

Idris explained that the purpose of these briefings is to inform Nigerians about the government’s progress and policies, as well as to offer an opportunity for citizens to ask questions and engage with the ministers directly.

Nigeria currently has 48 ministers, the highest in the history of the country.
