“Tinubu has won 2027” – Deji Adeyanju predicts after FCT polls

‎A lawyer and activist, Deji Adeyanju has predicted the possible outcome of the 2027 presidential election.

‎Adeyanju, said President Bola Tinubu will win the 2027 poll without much push from the opposition.

‎In a post made on X on Sunday, February 22, the lawyer said, that while he is not a member or supporter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), there are indications that Tinubu will emerge victorious in the next election.

‎Adeyanju’s prediction comes barely hours after the Federal Capital Territory Council elections and the declaration of the results of the poll.

‎According to him, several Nigerians within the political space seem to be more interested in what he described as social media noise rather than being involved in real opposition.

‎He wrote, “Tinubu has won 2027. If you like say I am working for APC, the truth will become obvious next year.

‎“Unserious people just interested in social media noise and not real opposition work,” Adeyanju wrote on X.

‎Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had announced that the 2027 presidential and National Assembly elections would take place on February 20, 2027.

‎The electoral body also stated that the governorship and state Houses of Assembly polls have been scheduled for March 6, 2027.

‎The timetable released by INEC has, however continued to receive criticism from the Muslim community following its clash with next year’s Ramadan season.
