Super Falcons star, Kanu completes record transfer to Racing Louisville

Super Falcons forward, Uchenna Kanu has linked up with America’s National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side, Racing Louisville.

Kanu moved to Racing Louisville from the Mexican side, Tigres Femenil.

Racing Louisville has agreed to pay $150,000 to Tigres Femenil for Kanu, in a deal that is a record transfer between a National Women’s Soccer League and a Liga MX club.

The 25-year-old spent just a season with Tigres scoring 23 goals in 39 appearances.

The powerful striker also helped the club win the league title in that campaign.

Kanu, according to reports quit the club for personal reasons.
