Remo Stars striker, Junior Lokosa will miss the rest of the 2022/23 Nigeria Premier Football League season with injury.
Lokosa, who joined the Sky Blue during the mid-season transfer window, sustained arm injury during their matchday 12 tie against El Kanemi Warriors in Maiduguri.
Newsmen gathered that the former Nigeria Premier League top scorer has undergone surgery and is expected to be sidelined for the rest of the season.
The experienced striker made three appearances for Remo Stars before the setback.
Lokosa failed to register a goal in the three games.
Remo Stars drew 1-1 against Shooting Stars in Ibadan on Sunday.
