Former Manchester United captain, Gary Neville has said that Arsenal taking a point at Liverpool, could win them the Premier League title.
The Gunners were leading 2-0 at Anfield within the opening 30 minutes.
But Mohamed Salah pulled one back four minutes before the interval, while Roberto Firmino ensured the points were shared with a late equalizer.
The result saw Arsenal’s lead at the top cut to six points, with second-placed Manchester City having an outstanding fixture.
“In the context of the title race, with the games Arsenal have got – Newcastle away, Manchester City away – you would expect them to drop more points.
“It will happen, but they will be hoping City drop points along the way as well.
“We all know how difficult it is to win at Anfield… but in the end it’s a point which could win you the title, you cannot lose sight of that,” Neville said on Sky Sports.
