Relieved Staffs of Lobi Stars FC Soon To Be Paid Entitlement

Drama ensued on Tuesday at Aper Aku stadium makurdi venue of Lobi Stars staff verification exercise as some laid off staffs presented forged appointment letters for screening.


Secretary of the club Terhemen Sarwuan who disclosed this while fielding questions from journalists at the end of the verification exercise said not only did some come with fake document, some came empty handed.

The data of those with original document as well as those with fake document have been taken and will be presented to the management of the club for further action he said.

He said the purpose of the exercise was to ascertain the actual number of laid off staffs so as to pay them their entitlement stressing that the laid off staffs have been given the opportunity to reapply to the club for employment if they so choose.


He said in a couple of weeks the relieved staffs will be paid their March salary and one month in lieu.


It will be recall that staffs of Lobi Stars FC were April relieved of their appointment with the exception of the technical adviser Muhammad Baba Ganaru
