Real Madrid set aside €102m to sign Reece James from Chelsea

Real Madrid have set aside €102 million to sign Reece James from Chelsea this summer.

The La Liga champions want to bring in a right-back to replace Dani Carvajal in their starting lineup.

The Spanish giants are said to have been monitoring the England international as the club’s President, Florentino Perez, wants him to take the baton from Carvajal this summer.

According to Sportkeeda, Real Madrid are willing to pay €102 million to convince the Blues to sell the Englishman.

James is currently on a long-term deal that expires in 2028, but Los Blancos’ astronomical offer could shake the Londoners’ resolve
