An incident involving two motorcycles has led to the tragic death of three persons at Iponda in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State
The accident, which occurred at about 7pm on Saturday, involved two motorcycles conveying a total of five passengers.
Eyewitnesses quickly rushed the victims to the hospital where three of them were confirmed dead.
The remaining two victims are currently receiving medical treatment.
The Osun Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Henry Bernamaisia confirmed the accident on Sunday.
He added that the collision between the two motorcycles led to the fatal outcome.
