Victor Osimhen joined his Napoli teammates in training on Friday (today) after returning from international duty.
Osimhen was part of Nigeria’s squad that finished in second position at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The forward scored one goal in seven appearances for Nigeria in the competition.
The 25-year-old, who landed in Naples on Thursday night joined his Napoli teammates at Friday’s training session at Castel Volturno.
Osimhen could start Saturday’s game against Genoa on the bench.
He will probably return to the starting line-up in a Champions League game against Barcelona on February 21.
