Mane on Liverpool’s Future: I will do what Senegalese want

Liverpool forward, Sadio Mane has dropped his biggest hint yet that he will leave Liverpool this summer.

The Senegal international said that the people of his country want him to leave the Premier League and that that is exactly what he is going to do this summer.

The Africa Cup of Nations winner is left with just one year on his contract with Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp’s side keen on keeping him at the club.

Mane is said to have told the Reds he wants a new challenge after six thrilling seasons on Merseyside.

Bayern Munich are leading the race to sign the 30-year-old.

Mane is on international duty with Senegal ahead of an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin on Saturday.

“Like everyone else, I’m on social media and I see the comments,” Mane said.

“Isn’t it between 60 to 70% of Senegalese want me to leave Liverpool? I will do what they want.

“We will see soon! Don’t be in a hurry because we will see this together. The future will tell us,” he said.
