Kwara United technical adviser Kabiru Dogo has said he is not worried about the three-game ultimatum issued by the club’s management.
Dogo believed that the ultimatum was all about the politics of the game.
He, however, commended the performance of his players in their 2-1 defeat against Kano Pillars.
Mohammed Aminu and Ibrahim Yuga netted for Kano Pillars in the game.
Emmanuel Ogole scored a consolation goal for the visitors.
“As far as I’m concerned how can I have an ultimatum in my home, but its all about the politics of the game,” he said in a post-match interview.
“I’m not under pressure; nobody can remove me from Ilorin.
“If I am asked to leave Kwara United, I can’t leave Ilorin, so Kwara United is our team. We must be around the team, so anybody that is there at the helm needs our support to grow the team.”
According to reports, Dogo has won one and lost one out of the three-game ultimatum issued by the club.
Kwara United will host Lobi Stars in their NPFL game at the Kwara Sports Complex, Ilorin.
