Midfielder, Chidi Ernest has left Nigeria Professional Football League outfit Abia Warriors, few weeks after signing for the club.
Ernest signed a two-year deal with the Ochendo Boys in June.
The 23-year-old midfielder contract was verbally terminated after a mutual agreement between both parties.
Ernest left Gombe United at the end of last season.
He is expected to make a decision on his future before the start of the 2023-24 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
The new season is expected to commence on September 8.
