The Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress ahead of Kogi State Governorship election in November, 2023 Alh. Usman Ahmed Ododo has felicitated with Muslims in the State and the country at large on the celebration of this year’s Eid el Fitri.
Alh. Ododo in a statement made available to Newsmen in Lokoja congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of Ramadan Fast, urging them to imbibe the spirit of humility, love and sacrifice that the season represent.
According to him, the Holy Month of Ramadan is a blessing to him following his emergence in the just concluded Governorship Primaries, saying his victory is one of the blessings of the Month of Ramadan.
The APC Guber Flag Bearer however enjoined the Muslims to imbibe the lessons of the season beyond the Holy month to earn them Allah’s blessings.
Ododo called on residents of the state to watch out, be security alert and report suspicious movement capable of causing security breach to the security agents.
