The Caretaker Chairman of Yagba West local government area Hon Tosin Olokun along with other critical stakeholders From Egbe Community in Yagba West local government area of Kogi state have applauded the giant strides of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo by commencing the reconstruction of Egbe township road
He noted that the Governor’s development initiative has shown his true love for his second hometown, the Egbe Community.
The Caretaker Chairman Hon Tosin Olokun Stated while Conducting journalists round the town on Monday 8th of July 2024 for an on the spot assessment of the delapedated roads
The Yagba West Council Area Chairman said that the people of Egbe are glowing with Joy when they see the heavy duty Machines and Earth moving equipment that have been deployed to the site for the immediate commencement of the township roads rehabilitation.
Hon Olokun Stated that the people of Egbe and the entire Yagba West local government area are highly delighted to be associated with Governor Ododo’s Development giant Strides In Kogi State within the last six months of coming into office as Kogi State Governor.
Also speaking The Paramount ruler of Egbe Community His Royal Majesty Kayode irukera, said that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is an adopted son of Egbe Community ” Governor Ododo is our son in Egbe land and we are for him at all times”
Adding his own voice to the array of praises from the community a senior member of Egbe Community traditional council, Oba Adedoyin Abolaji reveals that Governor Ododo is a shining star and adopted son of Egbe town who’s performance within his six months in office has brought Joy and pride to them in the community.
It would be recalled that the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at his last state executive meeting graciously approved the rehabilitation of some township roads within the state and Egbe township road is One of the approved town to benefit from the road rehabilitation projects.
