Cristiano Ronaldo makes demand after Portugal’s 3-2 win over Ghana

Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has urged his teammates to remain focused in the pursuit of their goal at the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Ronaldo made the demand following Portugal’s World Cup 3-2 win over the Black Stars of Ghana on Thursday evening.

Recall that three goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix, and Rafael Leao gave Portugal the victory over Ghana.

Andre Ayew and Osman Bukari did score for the West African giants.

In a post via his Instagram account after the game, Ronaldo wrote, “Very important win on our World Cup debut, but nothing is gained! It was just the first step!

“We remain focused in pursuit of our goals. Go Portugal!

Ronaldo will now hope to lead Portugal to victory when they face Uruguay in their next World Cup tie on Monday.
