Ancient City of Kabba Agog as people troop out across Political Parties to Express their Support for Gov. Ododo

The ancient city of Kabba, in Kogi State, was agog with excitement on Saturday, as thousands of people from across Political Parties gathered to express their unwavering support for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

This massive show of solidarity was organized by the Kogi West Comradeship Leaders Forum for Reunion and Celebration of the Kogi State Auditor General for Local Governments, Hon Yakubu Adabenege Siyaka with a theme “Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Exceptional Servant Leader, Setting the Place for a New Kogi State of Our Dream”

Speaking earlier, the chairman of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, Hon Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael noted that the presence of this Marmot Crowd demonstrates Governor Ododo’s widespread acceptance and commitment to the welfare of the people of the State, stressing that Governor Ododo’s administration has been working tirelessly to transform the state’s infrastructure, stimulate economic growth, and ensure public safety. “The people of Kabba and surrounding areas have witnessed significant improvements in their lives” he added.

The celebrant, Hon Yakubu Adabenege Siyaka, thanked the people of Kogi West for their overwhelming support for the administration of Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo, revealing that the legacy of Former Gov Yahaya Adoza Bello shines more amidst criticism.

The Keynote Speaker and Public Relations Officer of Kogi State University Kabba, Mr. Tade J. Oshaloto, revealed that “No one goes for Legacy and fails” and urged leaders to get rewards for performance rather than rewards for sycophancy.
