The member Representatives representing Ajaokuta Federal constituency, has distributed food items across his constituency in partnership with SEMA and NEMA, particular communities affected by the recent flooding and natural disasters in the area.
Addressing residents, the lawmaker explained that he personally engaged humanitarian agencies to ensure Ajaokuta was captured in national relief efforts.
Reinforcing his commitment to fairness, he declared, “I represent everyone. The food must reach all Ajaokutans.” Elderly beneficiaries enrolled in the ₦10,000 stipend scheme also received ATM cards to support monthly payments.
Royal fathers, youth leaders, and community stakeholders applauded the sustained humanitarian gesture.
Hon. Abdulraheem also inspected the renovation of the Ajaokuta Local Government Secretariat alongside the Executive Chairman, Hon. Haruna Ogido.
He noted that he began his civil service career at the secretariat over 32 years ago, adding that the building had not undergone any major renovation since then.
He commended Governor Ododo for prioritizing infrastructural renewal and acknowledged the Chairman’s commitment to strengthening local governance and security.
The lawmaker also met with members of constituency from the four wards of Geregu, Ajaokuta Village, Upake, and Adogu/Ogodo.
He reiterated that no part of the constituency would be left out of his developmental efforts, stating, “I have been home for the past three days, interacting with my people and distributing support items. We will continue to strengthen the bond between government and the people.” Residents from diverse ethnic backgrounds expressed gratitude for his inclusive leadership and pledged continued support.
Hon. Abdulraheem reaffirmed that his interventions and quality representation was inspired by the leadership and support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
He stated that the synergy between both administrations had created fertile ground for development in Ajaokuta.
The lawmaker urged constituents to support the reelection of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo in the 2027 elections to ensure continuity of progress and further growth.
