United States President Joe Biden says the incident that occurred in New Orleans on Wednesday morning is currently being investigated.
Recall that at least 10 people were killed after a vehicle drove into a large crowd in New Orleans, a city in Louisiana, United States on New Year’s Day.
The incident was said to have occurred in the French Quarter, a popular tourist area, when a car sped down Bourbon Street.
Reacting, Biden in a post on his official X handle, said the “FBI is taking the lead in investigation” describing the incident as an “act of terrorism”.
