17 Super Eagles players hit camp, hold first training today

Seventeen players have arrived the Super Eagles Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, camp to kick-start preparations for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

The team will have their first training session on Wednesday night (today).

Head coach Jose Peseiro and his assistants were the first to arrive at camp on Tuesday night.

The remaining players are expected in camp later today.

The Super Eagles will face either Burkina Faso or Guinea in a friendly before the competition.

The players will spend one week in Abu Dhabi before traveling to Abidjan for the 2023 AFCON finals.

Ahmed Musa, Kenneth Omeruo, Moses Simon, Olorunleke Ojo, Alex Iwobi, Semi Ajayi, Ola Aina, Cavin Bassey, Ademola Lookman, Joe Aribo, Frank Onyeka, Bruno Onyemaechi, Chidozie Awaziem, Zaidu Sanusi, Victor Boniface, Bright Onyedika and Bright Osayi-Samuel.
