Police announce restriction of movement in Surulere federal constituency

The Lagos Police command has announced the restriction of movement in Surulere federal constituency 1, following the bye-elections scheduled for February 3, 2024.

SP Benjamin Hundeyin, Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos Command in a statement on Friday, noted that there will be restriction of movement in the election area, Surulere Federal Constituency I only.

He also stated that Funsho Williams Avenue will be free for passage only, while movement into and out of other roads off Funsho Williams Avenue will not be permitted.

However, there is no restriction of movement in other parts of Lagos state.
