Kogi NULGE President lauds Governor Ododo Over Smooth Conduct of Council Elections

— Congratulates All Newly Elected Chairmen, Councillors, assures of Smooth working partnership.

The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees NULGE has Congratulated the Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo on the successful conduct of the Local Government elections held in the State over the weekend.

In a heartfelt message of Congratulations, Kogi State NULGE President, Comrade Mohammed Sanusi congratulated Gov Ododo over the smooth conduct of the election, said the election was widely adjudge as peaceful and credible.

Comr. Sanusi described Gov. Ododo as one that has a midas touch, said since his assumption, he has made remarkable achievements in all spheres of governance.

The NULGE President also congratulated the newly elected Chairmen, their Vice and all the Councillors in the State over their emergence, congratulated them on their impressive victory under the All Progressive Congress (APC) banner.

The NULGE President said it was their dedication to public services that played out in their election, added that it reflects the trust and confidence the people of the Local Government Areas have places on their leadership abilities.

The NULGE President urged the newly elected Chairmen and Councillors to like Gov. Usman Ododo make the welfare of their workers a priority, assured that NULGE will synergies with ALGON towards moving the local Government administration to a greater heights.

The President called on the newly elected to follow the foot steps of his Excellency Gov. Ododo to develop Local Government and Kogi State in general, assured that NULGE will support and work with the newly elected Chairmen towards ensuring the success of their administration.

Comrade Sanusi concluded with a call for collective efforts towards a brighter future for Kogi State, urged the newly elected to focus on fostering growth, security, and opportunities for all citizens living at the Local Government.

The NULGE President wished the newly elected officials the best as they embark on this important journey, urging that NULGE will play a very key role in ensuring that the yearning and aspirations of the people at the grassroots is realized.
