Nigerian comedian, actor, songwriter and singer Samuel Animashaun Perry aka Broda Shaggi has said that he’s not a fan of big weddings.
The 30-year-old entertainer and skit maker made this known on a podcast, Gold Room with Iyabo Ojo.
The two-time AMVCAs winner said though he was not tying the nuptial knot anytime soon, he would want to have a wedding without the prying eyes of the public and social media.
He said: “For me, I am not a fan of big weddings even if I am going to get married. My personal life, I keep it out of social media because my personal life is important to me and I want to be protective of it. I believe in love, I believe one man, one woman, I believe in family, I believe in raising kids. I tell people, when it is the right time, marriage will come, I don’t think you should rush into it.”
Continuing, he said: “For me, I am this kind of person who likes to protect what I have and a one woman kind of man. If I find the right person, I have to be sure this is the right person I am spending the rest of my life with.”
