A leading business institute in UK, Learn To Live Business School, United Kingdom (LLBSUK) has honoured the Chief Executive Officer of Jimez Petroleum Resources, Chief Hon. Jim Chimezie Okolo with honorary Doctorate Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions in strategic management and leadership development.
This is coming few months after the prestigious European-American University honoured him with the Honorary Doctorate Degree award in Lagos.
It came barely one year after Chief Okolo also bagged a doctorate degree of philosophy from Freedom University USA.
The LLBSUK award certificate dated 10th December, 2022 was signed by the university’s Rector, Kingsley Nelson C.
This award is not unconnected with the efforts of the elite university to appreciate Chief Okolo’s contribution to nation building, educational empowerment, selfless service to humanity and youth empowerment in Africa.
He is believed to wield a delectable and impeccable records, visionary leadership and characteristics not common with every man.
Chief Hon. Okolo has displayed rare commitment to the cause of humanity in the areas of security of lives and property, educational development and empowerment, nation building, youth emancipation among other human capital development.
About Him
Hon. Dr. Chief Jim Okolo Chimezie hails from Obosi in Idemili North Local Government of Anambra State; He was born in Makurdi Benue State. He attended Government College Makurdi, he later proceeded to Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT) where he bagged B.Sc (Hon) in Geology and Mining.
As a young and excellent youth, he served his father land through the compulsory National Youth Service Scheme at Jos plateau state under the Millennium Development Goal (MDGs).
He also attended Concept College, London where he obtained a certificate in professional project management. Hon Dr. (Chief) Jim Okolo Chimezie undertook lots of training. He currently is studying Hydrogeology at the M.Sc level with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN).
Among his qualifications at the professional level is Dip in Health, Safety and environment (NISP) Port-Harcourt. He is a member of so many professional bodies which includes Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorations, American Association of Petroleum Geologist, OSHAssociation United Kingdom among others.
Hon. Dr. Jim was with the office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President (OSSAP).He was the Project Geologist with the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.
Hon. Dr. (Chief) Jim Okolo Chimezie was appointed as the Lead Consultant of the Economic, Trade and Investment to the Turkish Embassy, Ankara Turkey.
