Chief Barrister Asoluka Nnamdi Wins Female Real Estate Personality Of the Year Award 2026

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cyntilos Homes and Properties, Chief Barrister Asoluka Nnamdi, has emerged as the Female Real Estate Personality of the Year at the Shelter Awards 2026.

Asoluka Nnamdi, a legal practitioner and entrepreneur, was recognised for her contributions to Nigeria’s real estate and property development sector.

The award was presented in Abuja as the Shelter Awards 2026 celebrated individuals, professionals, philanthropists and organisations considered to have demonstrated excellence, integrity and innovation in the country’s real estate industry.

Speaking after receiving the award, Asoluka Nnamdi described the recognition as a significant milestone, noting that it came at a time when Cyntilos Homes and Properties had transitioned from a property sales company into a property development firm.

She said, “I am very excited about this recognition. I didn’t see it coming, but I believe it is a sign that whatever you are doing, you should keep doing it because people are watching.”

The real estate entrepreneur dedicated the award to God and her late mother, whom she described as her “rock”, while also appreciating her team and family for their support.

She said the recognition was particularly significant because the company was selected from among numerous real estate businesses operating across the country.

Asoluka Nnamdi further disclosed that Cyntilos Homes and Properties was committed to expanding its operations beyond Abuja to other parts of Nigeria.Africans & Diaspora

She described real estate as a major multi-million-naira industry and urged practitioners to uphold integrity, professionalism, quality and value in their dealings with clients and investors.

She also acknowledged the role of government in creating an enabling environment for businesses in the sector to thrive.

The Shelter Awards 2026 brought together real estate developers, property companies, engineers, investors, industry professionals, partners and other stakeholders in Abuja to celebrate outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s housing and real estate value chain.
