Boboye elated with Heartland’s draw against Shooting Stars

Heartland head coach Kennedy Boboye has expressed delight with his team’s draw against Shooting Stars.

The Naze Millionares held the Oluyole Warriors to a goalless draw at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan on Sunday.

Boboye said the point gained from the encounter is better than a defeat.

The experienced tactician stressed that the team will continue to improve ahead of their next league game against Bendel Insurance.

“We came to Ibadan for a win but the draw is better than losing the game,” he told the club’s media.

“We will go back home and work on improving what we have, we will prepare very well for the game with Bendel Insurance and go for a win.”

Heartland remain bottom of the table with seven points.
