Your supreme Court victory, confirmation of people’s mandate – Kogi HoS

The Kogi State Head of Civil Service, Mr Elijah Evinemi, has facilitated with Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his Supreme Court victory, confirming his election as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.

Mr Evinemi, in his congratulatory message issued in Lokoja, emphasized the divine nature of the victory, seeing it as a call for more service to the People of the state.

He said God would not have allowed the truncation of the quality services the Governor has been rendering to the people of the state since his assumption of office.

The Head of service, who praised Gov. Ododo for his prompt payment of civil servants’ salaries among other welfare packages, assured him of the resolve of all workers in the state to play their roles to ensure the success of the present administration’s programmes and policies.

He prayed to God to continue to endow him with good health, long life and the wisdom to discharge his duties as Governor of the state.

Mr Evinemi also used the opportunity to reiterate his call for the entire state workforce to rededicate themselves to their duties, emphasizing that there will be no room for indolence and other vices under his watch.
