Xmas: Gov. Bagudu urges prayer for Nigeria

Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State has enjoined Nigerians to always imbibe the spirit of peaceful coexistence, brotherhood and togetherness to move the country forward.

The Governor who rejoiced with Christians on the occasion of Christmas, appealed to Christians to use the opportunity to pray for divine intervention for the restoration of peace in the country.

In a goodwill message, the governor urged the Christians to imbibe the lessons of the yuletide that signify perseverance, love, brotherliness and dedication to the worship of God.

Bagudu added that the virtues of Christ, the Messiah, should continue to serve as a source of inspiration for better livelihood.

He requested Nigerians to sustain the spirit of togetherness, peaceful co-existence and harmony as the nation prepares for the general elections in 2023.

The Governor prayed for a prosperous new year with human, social and economic growth of Nigeria.
