West Ham take decision on selling Rice to Man City after £90m offer

West Ham have rejected Manchester City’s first bid for their captain, Declan Rice.

The Premier League champions sent an offer worth £80 million plus £10 million add-ons on Monday night.

However, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Hammers told City they would only sell Rice for a £100 million fee.

Romano tweeted: “West Ham have rejected Man City’s first official bid for Declan Rice worth £80m plus £10m add-ons.

“Arsenal will bid again, their third official proposal is expected soon after two bids rejected, last one was £75m plus £15m.

“West Ham want £100m fee.”
