University of Ibadan begins Post-UTME for 8,050 admission seekers

The University of Ibadan, Ibadan in Oyo state has commenced its Post Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for candidates seeking admission to the university ahead of the 2022/2023 academic session.

According to reports, no fewer than 8,050 admission seekers are participating in the post-UTME process which began on Monday.

The 8,050 candidates are seeking admission into the sixteen faculties in the institution.

The computer-based examination which began at the University’s distance learning centre located in the Ajibode area of Ibadan will last for two days.

The exercise was monitored by principal officers of the institution

The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Kayode Adebowale, who was part of the monitoring team commended the organisers of the post-UTME for all their efforts.

He also commended the applicants for conducting themselves in an orderly manner.
