Uhuami-Ede Clan In Ajaokuta Local Government, Paid Thank-You/Solidarity Visit To Ex-governor Yahaya Bello

In order to appreciate the ex-governor Yahaya Bello and his successor, His Excellency Usman Ododo, for the appointment of their son, Haruna Taiye Abanika, as Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development, Uhuami-Ede of Ajaokuta local government, paid thank-you, solidarity visit to Ex-governor Yahaya Bello and his successor, Ododo, for their magnanimity.

While addressing the mammoth crowd, on behalf of the host ex-governor Yahaya Bello, the House of Representatives member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Hon. Sani Egidi Abdulraheem, was overwhelmed and authusiastic for the August visit, promised to transmit the message to his political mentors, His Excellency Yahaya Bello and his successor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

House of Reps member, used the opportunity to call on the people of Ajaokuta local government, to continue to support the party, APC, and the administration of Alhaji Usman Ododo, in order for him to achieve his laid down development agenda.

In his closing remarks, the new Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Taiye Abanika, thanked the delegates for the thank-you and solidarity visit to his political mentors; His Excellency Yahaya Bello, His Excellency Usman Ododo and Hon. Sani Egidi Abdulraheem, for the golden opportunity given him to come and serve as Commissioner in the state,
He assured the people that he will do his best to contribute meaningfully to the development of the state, further stated that the task ahead his ministry is to transform and develop urban areas and create housing scheme for the good people and workers of Kogi state.

He further assured the people that, the present administration would, no doubt, consolidate on the huge achievement of the immediate past administration of Ex-governor Yahaya Bello, whose eight (8) landmark achievement in office in the state, remain unparalleled.

The Commissioner used the fora to applaud Governor Usman Ododo, for his pro-active tendency in appointing his cabinet members on the very day he was sworn-in, declared that the governor has displayed a rare political dynamism in this direction.
