Tinubu Swears In Taiwo Oyedele as Minister of State for Finance

‎President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially inaugurated Taiwo Oyedele as the Minister of State for Finance.

‎The brief but significant swearing-in ceremony took place on Monday at the State House in Abuja

‎The President performed the ceremony in the presence of top government officials and members of the federal cabinet.

‎This formal inauguration follows Oyedele’s successful screening and confirmation by the Senate last Wednesday.

‎During his appearance before the lawmakers, the renowned tax expert had detailed his vision for a more robust and transparent fiscal framework for the nation.

‎Oyedele, who previously led the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms, is stepping into his new role with a mandate to drive the administration’s economic agenda

‎He replaces Doris Uzoka-Anite, who has been redeployed to the Ministry of Budget and National Planning.
