Tinubu Appoints Umar Kogo as CCT Chairman

The Presidency has announced the appointment of Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as the Chairman, Code of Conduct Tribunal.

According to the presidency, President Bola Tinubu approved the appointment of the seasoned lawyer.

Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, stated this in a statement on Sunday.

The presidency described Kogo as a seasoned lawyer and analyst in the fields of law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy.

Tinubu, according to the statement, expects professionalism, integrity, and fidelity to Nigeria from Kogo as he discharges his duty.

It was reported yesterday that the President appointed Silas Agara as the new Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment, NDE.
