Bayana Bayana on Thursday, defeated Burundi 3-1 in Rabat.
This saw South Africa consolidate their position at the top of Group C, with six points from two matches.
Morocco and Senegal are also through to the last eight of the tournament.
They have both won their first two fixtures against Uganda and Burkina Faso the other two teams in Group A.
On Friday, Morocco and Senegal face off to decide the winner of the group.
