Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, is set to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot on a free transfer this summer.
Rabiot will be out of contract with Juventus in June.
Juventus agreed a fee with Man United for Rabiot last summer, but his wage demands saw talks breakdown.
Man United eventually signed Casemiro from Real Madrid instead, while Christian Eriksen also arrived from Brentford.
However, Ten Hag retains a strong interest in Rabiot, and according to L’Equipe, the Dutchman has spoken to the France international about a move to Old Trafford.
With Rabiot’s deal at Juventus set to expire next month, Man United could sign him for free this summer and would be more willing to meet his salary demands as they would not have to put up a fee.
