Sule reassures citizens of his commitment to initiate more projects

Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has reassured the citizens of the state of his continuous commitment to initiating more projects and programmes that would improve their standard of living if he is re-elected as the governor in 2023.

Sule gave the assurance on Monday during the inauguration of his second term re-election bid in Toto Local Government Area.

The governor said that he had done so much for the people of Toto and the state at large and promised to do more if re-elected as governor.

“I have done my best and still doing my best in the area of education, health, agriculture, security, empowerment, employment, security and infrastructure, among others.

“When I went for royal blessings at Ohimege palace, the royal father, Alhaji Usman Abdullahi, turbaned me with Sarki Yaki Opanda meaning Warrior of Opanda Kingdom for my security efforts and bringing peace to Toto among other developmental strides.

“I want to assure you that I will do more, if given another mandate to be your governor in 2023,” he said.

Sule also called on the people of Toto to support the speaker of the state legislature, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi to succeed at all time.

The governor appreciated stakeholders, youths and women for giving his administration maximum support to succeed.

Also speaking, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of APC, Sen. Tanko Al- Makura, ( APC- Nasarawa South), Mr John Mamman, the State APC chairman, Sen. Abubakar Sodangi, the Chairman, Gov.Sule/Akabe Campaign Council, also urged the people of the area and the state to support the re-election bid of Sule.

They said that the people of the state would enjoy more dividends of democracy, if they returned Gov. Sule in 2023.

They said that the governor had performed well and still performing in all sectors of the economy.

They have also urged the people of the area and the state to vote Sen. Ahmed Tinubu, the APC Presidential candidate due to his pedigree and competence and other APC candidates in 2023 general elections.

Earlier, Mr Abdullahi Tasha, the Executive Chairman of Toto LGA and APC Chairman, Toto, Mr Shuaibu Ahmed, commended Sule for his efforts in developing the area and the state at large.

The duo promised their readiness to mobilise support for Sule and other APC candidates to succeed beyond 2023.
