Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, has urged Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi to make a summer move to the Major League Soccer (MLS) and join Inter Miami.
Neville believes it would be a sensational move for Messi to join Inter Miami and also a life-changing opportunity for his brother Phil Neville, who is the current coach of the MLS club.
Messi’s future is currently uncertain at PSG as the Argentina World Cup winner is yet to sign a new contract with the Parisians.
His current deal with the French Ligue 1 champions will expire at the end of the season.
“If Lionel Messi ends up in Miami, it would be sensational. Not just for Miamim but obviously for the game over there and football.
“To see Lionel Messi over there in the MLS, and if my brother had an opportunity to be there while he’s there, that would be a life-changing opportunity,” Neville told CBS Sports Golazo.
