Senator Akpoti-Uduagha commences construction of model primary, second school in Kogi Community

The Senator Representing Kogi Central Senatorial district, Natasha Akpoti-Uduagha has flagged-off the construction of a brand new model primary and secondary school in the Hausa/Fulani Osara district of Kogi Central.

Speaking during foundation laying ceremony, Senator Uduagha, said her style of representation is not only embracing all ethnic groups within her senatorial district, but meeting their developmental needs.

She noted that this has only proved that with the right leadership, Nigeria can progress in peace and unity.

The project includes; twelve classrooms for the primary section, twelve classrooms for the secondary section and an administrative block.

Other components of the project are, Teaching and non teaching staff quarters, a block of Library, a
laboratory and toilet facilities.

She also disclosed that a football pitch, Health Clinic a Solar Borehole and Street lights are part of the design.

The senator thank the Kogi Central people for voting right and a gift of goodwill and love.

Recall that the senator also paid a solidarity visit to the Confluence University of Science and Technology, (CUSTECH), Osara where some students were abducted few weeks ago.
