Salisu dumps Katsina United for Kano Pillars

Former Golden Eaglets forward Musa Salisu has completed a move to Kano Pillars ahead of the upcoming Nigeria Professional Football League season.

Salisu joined the former NPFL champions for an undisclosed fee.

The forward completed his medicals before embarking on a pre-season tournament with the Sai Masu Gida in Bauchi.

He played a crucial role in Katsina United’s promotion to the NPFL last season.

Salisu registered three goals and five assists for the Abdullahi Maikaba’s tutored side during his trial at the club.

Kano Pillars will be hoping to regain there status among NPFL heavyweights in the new season.

The new NPFL season is expected to commence on September 8.
