Russian club, Sparta Moscow declare Moses wanted

Russian Premier League club, Sparta Moscow are waiting to hear from Victor Moses after the winger failed to resume pre-season training as expected on Wednesday.

Sparta Moscow have set up camp in Tarasovka ahead of the new season.

The Red and Whites have all the players in training camp except Moses.

“Midfielder Victor Moses did not arrive at the team’s location. The club finds out the circumstances of this decision. The contract with the Nigerian player is not suspended,” reads a statement on the club’s website.

The winger played a key role as Spartak Moscow won the Russian Cup last season.

He scored seven goals and registered nine assists in 53 matches across all competitions for the Moscovites.
