Ribadu, EFCC chairman, others to discuss social media’s impact on Nigeria’s development

National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Chairman Olanipekun Olukoyede, alongside other key players from government, security agencies, and academia will address the 2024 Abuja Social Media Summit.

The organizers of the summit have unveiled an impressive lineup of distinguished speakers for the much-anticipated event, set to take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja.

The summit will explore the vital role of social media in driving national development, governance, and security.

Notable speakers include governors of Borno, Zamfara and Imo, police chief Kayode Egbetokun, three ministers, Debo Ologunagba, National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party and his All Progressives Congress counterpart, Felix Morka, among others.

The summit will address how social media can influence governance, promote economic growth, and improve national security.
