Resounding Victory’ – Malami hails Supreme Court ruling on ADC leadership

‎Former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has described the Supreme Court judgment affirming Senator David Mark as leader of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, as a “resounding victory” and a reaffirmation of justice, order, and democratic principles within the party.


‎In a statement issued on his official Facebook page, Malami congratulated the leadership of Senator David Mark and members of the party, saying the ruling represents a landmark moment that highlights the triumph of truth, patience, and lawful perseverance.


‎He said the judgment should serve as a unifying moment for all stakeholders in the party, urging members of the ADC to strengthen internal cohesion and build a stronger political structure.


‎According to him, “This resounding victory at the Supreme Court is not just a legal triumph; it is a bold reaffirmation of justice, order, and the true spirit of democracy within the African Democratic Congress family.


‎“I congratulate the leadership of Senator David Mark and all loyal members of our great party for standing firm in the face of adversity.
