The president-elect, Ahmad Bola Tinubu, has said Nigerian politicians have a huge task to emulate the life of the late former Minister of Labour, Musa Gwadabe.
He made the comments while condoling the family of the late elder statesman.
Tinubu, who was represented at the visit by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Nuhu Ribadu and the Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare, said, “Every politician would be proud to work in the shoes of Gwadabe”.
He said the death of Musa Gwadabe was not only a loss to his immediate family but also to his extended as he was a part of that extension.
Speaking while delivering the condolence message, the Gbajabiamila hinted that Musa Gwadabe and Bola Tinubu have been long-time allies who worked on so many issues for the interests of Nigeria.
“Because of the excellent relationship that existed between Tinubu and Musa Gwadabe, the president-elect has promised to sustain the relationship with his children”.
