The Inspector- general of Police – IGP Alkali Baba Alkali Baba has ordered the immediate arrest and detention of the suspended National Chairman Mr Ude Isaac and Mr Mohammed Idrissu for forging the signature of the duly – elected Presidential Candidate of the party- Mazi Okwudili Nwa- Anyajike .
They are currently in police custody for further investigation.
The detained suspended NRM officials forged the Presidential candidate’s signature and wrote to the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) claiming that the Presidential Candidate Mazi Okwudili Nwa- Anyajike has withdrawn from the 2023 Presidential race
