The Lagos State Police Command has arrested two suspected thieves, Ayomide Samuel and Lateef Ayoka, for allegedly stealing two sewing machines and one spraying machine.
The command confirmed the arrest in a post it shared on its official X handle @LagosPoliceNG on Sunday.
It stated that the suspects were arrested on Sunday at about 1:55 am in the Egbeda area of the state.
“The suspects were apprehended by observant neighbours today after they were found with two bags containing two sewing machines and one spraying machine.
“The neighbours promptly handed them over to officers of Gowon Estate Division who have since commenced investigations into the matter,” it stated.
