A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, chieftain, Adamu Garba, has accused the past government of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of creating Boko Haram.
Garba in a series of tweets claimed the APC government has defeated and decimated the insurgents. He also credited the APC presidential running mate, Kashim Shettima for playing a role in the defeat of Boko Haram.
Garba tweeted: “Boko Haram was created by the PDP govt but has been decimated, defeated, routed, and eliminated by the APC govt. One of the strongest assets in the destruction of BH is our incoming VP Kashim Shettima. But some people can’t bear it because Boko Haram is their only manifesto. Once Boko Haram is no longer there, they have nothing to tell Nigerians and nothing to do. Hence the reason they can’t stand the absence of Boko Haram.”
