Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has nominated Comrade Salami Abdulraheem from Ajaokuta Local Government Area, as a commissioner in the state Local Government Service Commission.
This was contained in a letter to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Umar Yusuf and signed by the Governor.
The recommendation, the letter said, is in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Kogi State Local Government Service Commission.
Also nominated is Adabenege Adams as Chairman, Elisha Folorunsho (Commissioner, West), Amodu Yakubu and Attai Okolo Musa (Kogi East Commissioners), and Hon. Suleiman Babadoko.
