Odigie disappointed with Bendel Insurance’s display against Plateau United

Bendel Insurance head coach Monday Odigie has expressed disappointment with the performance of his players in the defeat against Plateau United.

The Benin Arsenals suffered a 2-0 defeat to the Peace Boys at the New Jos Stadium Jos on Sunday.

Alex Enejo and Bernabas Daniel’s strikes earned Plateau United the maximum points in the game.

Odigie assured that he will work on the lapses identified in the game.

“The team will go back and correct the mistakes before the next game,” he stated in a post-match interview.

“The players stayed tactically disciplined in the first half and they lost it in the second half.”

Bendel Insurance dropped to ninth position on the table following the defeat.
