NYSC DG bags Fellow of National Labour Institute

The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Brigadier General Yusha’u Dogara Ahmed, has been decorated as a Fellow of Michael Imoudu National Institute For Labour. Studies.

He was decorated based on his enhancement of staff and corps welfare issues, including security-related matters, since he assumed duty as the 22nd Chief Executive of NYSC.

Speaking on behalf of the institute during the ceremony held at the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters in Abuja, the Managing Director of Gogetters Consulting Ltd, Mr Olukanmi Ayokanmi, hailed the outstanding performances of the Director-General.

He added that General Ahmed was also decorated for his contributions to labour-related matters as a friendly Chief Executive.

In his response, Ahmed lauded the Management of the Michael Imoudu lnstitute for finding him worthy of the decoration.

He added that there is a cordial relationship between the NYSC Management and all the labour unions in the Scheme.

Ahmed promised to keep the security and welfare of corps members and staff nationwide as the topmost priority of his administration, as stated in his five-point policy thrust.
